I started out as a licensed realtor in 1984 and have been an active investor since 1999. Over the years I built a diverse portfolio that spans residential homes, small multi- units, shared housing, short-term and mid-term rentals. I quickly discovered that my passion wasnβt just selling houses β it was creating generational wealth through ownership and teaching others to do the same. As a teacher, speaker and presenter since 2012, Iβve helped countless students navigate their own real estate journeys.
Having spent over 25 years learning and applying techniques from national real estate investing gurus. I can blend their strategies with my own bootstrapping know-how to show everyday people how to build lasting wealth β even without cash or good credit.
